Our growing cleaning company is looking for a motivated and reliable Manager to help lead operations across South Jersey.
This role starts with hands-on cleaning training so you fully understand our systems, team, and standards before moving into more leadership responsibilities.
• Professional cleaning (training period)
• On-call support for cleanings across multiple counties
• Sales and quoting new jobs
• Training and supporting new cleaners
• Helping grow commercial and residential accounts
• Managing job quality and customer satisfaction
Burlington County
Gloucester County
Camden County
Cumberland County
• Day and evening availability required
• 30 hours per week after training
• 1 weekend per month required
• Management role with leadership responsibilities
• Remote work options available after 1 year of employment
• Sales goals and bonus opportunities
• Cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between counties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
